Shipping & Delivery
At CloveUs, we know you are excited to get your matching outfits for your upcoming event. We work hard to get your order printed, packed, and shipped to you as quickly as possible.
Here is everything you need to know about our delivery process.
1. How It Works (Important!)
Since every item at CloveUs is custom-made just for you, our delivery process has two parts:
Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time
- Production Time: The time it takes to print and quality-check your items.
- Shipping Time: The time it takes for the carrier to deliver the package to your door.

Note: During high-volume seasons (like Christmas or Mother's Day), production may take slightly longer. We will always update you if there are significant delays.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking number to update in the carrier's system.
- If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 days, please contact us at support@cloveus.com so we can issue a free replacement (as per our Refund Policy).
4. Split Shipments (Why did I only get half my order?)
Because we offer a wide variety of matching products (from hoodies to onesies), we sometimes print items at different specialized facilities to ensure the best quality.
- Don't worry! If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.
- You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
5. Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
- If you notice a mistake, email us immediately! We typically have a 2-hour window to fix addresses before the automated system locks the order.
6. International Shipping
Currently, CloveUs focuses primarily on serving customers within the United States to ensure the fastest delivery times. If we do offer international shipping to your region, rates and times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees.
