3. How to Request a Replacement
We’ve made it super easy. No need to print return labels or run to the post office.
Step 1: Email us at support@cloveus.com within 30 days of delivery.
Step 2: Please include your Order Number and a clear Photo of the item showing the issue or the size tag.
Step 3: Sit tight! Our team will review your request within 24 hours and send you the tracking number for your replacement.
4. Important Exceptions
While we strive to be as flexible as possible, we cannot offer replacements/refunds in the following cases:
- User Input Errors: Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. Please double-check your address!
- Modifications: Items that have been washed, altered, or damaged by the user.
- Change of Mind: Since each item is custom-made just for you, we cannot accept returns simply because you changed your mind about the design or color after production has started.

Q: Do I really get to keep the item if I chose the wrong size?
A: Yes! Returning items is a hassle for you and bad for the environment due to the carbon footprint. If the size is off, we’d rather you donate the original item to a local charity or give it to a friend. We’ll just charge a small fee to help cover the cost of shipping the new one to you.
Q: How long does it take to get my replacement?
A: Once approved, your replacement order enters our production line immediately. It typically takes standard production time of 2 to 5 days plus shipping time to reach you. We treat replacements as priority orders.
Q: Can I cancel my order if I make a mistake?
A: Our production is automated to ensure fast delivery. You have a 2-hour window after placing the order to contact us for any changes or cancellations. After that, your custom piece is likely already being created!
